Emeryville Public Market is envisioned as the heart of retail at Emeryville, California. With a wide range of new programs that include residential, retail, park, and offices the project transforms a previously unattractive parking lot into a bustling and lively urban destination.
In particular, Parcel B is visualized as a mixed-use building with retail and parking at ground floor with four levels of parking and three levels of laboratory / office above. Located in between a railroad track and a new Shellmound street, the project’s wrapping facade aims to treat every side of the project equally, while bringing a warehouse identity to the building.
